AREAS
ACQUISITIONS
We guide our clients through all phases of the acquisition process: preparing the letter of intent, negotiating the purchase agreement, evaluating title, survey and other due diligence, negotiating financing, advising on deal structure, and preparing closing documentation. LLG navigates you through the expected and unexpected to successfully close your deal.
DISPOSITIONS
When you are ready to dispose of your CRE assets, whether through sale or like-kind exchange, we are on your team to navigate and negotiate the disposition to achieve your objective. Our goal is to materialize and maximize your return while minimizing future risk exposure.
SENIOR LIVING TRANSACTIONS
LLG is highly skilled in structuring and closing the acquisition, disposition and financing of senior living facilities, representing owners, investors, operators and management companies alike in all aspects of owning and operating senior living facilities. We represent you in negotiating letters of intent, purchase agreements, operating leases or management agreements. Our practice often involves portfolios of assets across multistate venues. We also represent our clients in regulatory matters that may arise during the course of ownership.
FINANCING
LLG represents our borrower clients in various types of commercial business and real estate loans, whether acquisition financing, construction loans, letters of credit, bridge financing or refinancings. We have extensive experience in bank as well as agency financing transactions. We guide you through negotiating loan documentation, diligence, legal opinions and closing requirements for a timely and efficient closing.
LEASING
We represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing of all CRE asset categories - retail centers, office buildings, warehouse and mixed use properties, with extensive experience in both space and ground leases, as well as subleases and assignments. LLG will also guide you through lease amendments, terminations and workouts as the need arises.
BUSINESS/CORPORATE
LLG has significant experience in structuring commercial real estate deals and business ventures. We counsel our clients on the best structure for their objectives, with special emphasis on structure of the venture entity and corporate governance. We prepare not only the basic organizational documents, but also the ancillary business documents needed for the deal.

About Me.
I am a seasoned attorney representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactions for more than three decades. My clients are landlords, tenants, developers, senior living owners, operators and investors and small business owners. I represent them through all phases of the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of retail centers, office buildings, senior living facilities, mixed use projects and warehouse projects nationwide. In recent years, I've developed extensive expertise in senior living transactions.
Most of the transactions in which I lend my expertise involve multi-state portfolios of assets, where I sit across the table from a team of big-firm attorneys. Clients describe me as a deal facilitator, an invaluable team member who excels at navigating conflicts and finding common ground to get the deal done, while representing my client's interests to the fullest at all times. I am well known for being highly responsive and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills. I am adept at managing multi-state transaction teams to successfully close transactions and obtain my client's objectives.
I have practiced in small commercial real estate boutiques for most of my career. This background has allowed me to develop deep skills across all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving different asset classes. I do the work so that my clients are assured of attentiveness, responsiveness and the highest quality service at all times. With three grown children having flown the nest, I enjoy traveling, gardening and hanging out with my husband and dogs when not closing clients' deals.
